Evado is pleased to announce the release of Evado Version 4.6

Version 4.6 – will substantially enhance Evado’s Clinical platform services and functionality by providing a fully integrated user administration module that enables customers to administer their own users from within Evado Clinical.

Integrated eConsent

The first release of the integrated eConsent module is scheduled for March 2019.

The Evado integrated eConsent module gives patients the ability to provide their consent to join a study or registry by using a user-friendly interactive patient centric environment. The eConsent environment consists of several pages each outlining an aspect of the study in a language the patient can understand and includes images and videos for the patient to watch.  It then requests the patient to confirm their consent to each outlined procedure or process. The patient then confirms their consent by signing the consent form on an iPad.  The completed consent form is then used to induct the patient into the study or registry and their signature is encrypted and stored in the consent record.  The patient’s signature is only visible to the patient and the user at the clinic the patient is attending.

ePRO

The first release of Evado ePro is scheduled for April 2019.

The Evado ePRO (Patient Recorded Observations) module will provide a patient centric environment for patients to interact with one or more studies or registries. Evado’s ePRO enables patients to collect health records and observations and complete study or registry forms and questionnaires.  Evado’s ePRO is full integrated into the Evado Clinical platform, enabling sponsors to define questionnaires that are targeted to specific patients.  All of the patient recorded records are automatically integrated into their studies. Evado ensures patient privacy by encrypting all of the patient identifiable data, and Evado platform’s privacy management functions ensure that only the users at the clinic the patient is attending are able to view the patient’s information.  

Evado’s ePRO can operate at various levels of patient anonymity from full patient details that are privacy managed or to just record a patient’s email address that is stored securely to provide anonymous questionnaire completion.

eConsent App

The first release of the eConsent App is scheduled for June 2019.

The Evado eConsent App is targeted at any health related organisation that needs to record consumer consent to provide a service.  Built on the UniFORM architecture this App enables the administrator to define the consent record including text, images and videos to provide a customer-centric environment. Users

are able to identify themselves using one of their internet identities to complete the consent process.  The consent record is saved, and their preferences are stored on the consent system and is used to enable the customer system’s functions.  Alternatively, consumers can create a customer account prior to completing the consent process.

The eConsent process consists of several pages each outlining aspects of the customer web services in a language the consumer can understand and it includes images and videos that the consumer can watch, it then requests the consumer to confirm their consent to the outlined procedure or process to ensure that the users comprehend and agree to the procedure they have consented to.

Evado Mobile Client

The Evado Mobile Client (UniFORM Client) is currently being redeveloped and will be released as a native application for: iOS, Android, Windows 10 and Mac OS.  It will provide users with full access to Evado Clinical from the device of their choice or via the Evado Web client.
